Students also teachers in school use youtube for their own personal reasons. Some teachers use youtube to show the students the videos for teaching like "World War" for an example. Many students that are in a computer class uses youtube for something like showing the assignment projects, but many used for not doing work, kinda like where people are lazing off.
Since a few years when youtube is blocked by the school admins, because it's somehow used for watching random videos that can be unnecessary, then later some teacher asks the admins to unblock it for their own reasons. One is because when teachers or student wants to show for example: Student's projects, History about the World War, or about rights and freedoms.
For my opinion, I really dislike having youtube to be blocked, the reasons why I say this can be the wrong way, but when people wanted to have free time when they are done work should take a break by going on to this site. Also I wish for computer labs to be opened at everyday of lunch time by having to do work, or having a break by going on youtube, but just making sure if it's appropriate if they have a reason. Youtube is just a site for free time where people can use their time when they're at school, but I know it cannot be use in school work time or period time class.
